Abstract

This study investigated the influence of temperature,illumination and N/P on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa in pure cultivatable system.The results indicated that the growth of the Microcystis aeruginosa in 28℃ was better,and cell density reached the maximum.In this research,the growth of the Microcystis aeruginosa in 3 000 lx was better,and cell density reached the maximum. The growth of the Microcystis aeruginosa was better when TN/TP reached 15∶1.
