Abstract
A catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace manganese(Ⅱ) was developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of manganese(Ⅱ) on the oxidation reaction of morin by H 2O 2 leading to a decoloration of morin. The range of determination for Mn(Ⅱ) is 0 005~0 060 μg/25mL. The detection limit of the method is 7 8×10 -10 g·mL -1 . The method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in rice with satisfactory results.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
