Abstract

This article take the protection plan of Xiaoyi old city as an example,from the historical culture resources investigation and cultural resources value characteristic,consider the fidelity various aspects development factor,analyse different city protected mode,propose the right development way of the city.The protection is combined of whole protection and the suitable rehab.
