Abstract

To establish the quality standards of Luronggubao capsule,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Herba Epimedii,Fructus Sophorae in capsule were identified by TLC,Icariin in capsule were determinated by HPLC.The TLC spots were clear,and the control test showed no interference.It can be used for the product quality control.The linear relationship of Icariin was good when Paeoniflorin was at the range of 0.051 25-1.025 μg(r=0.999).The showed recovery was 98.78% and RSD was 1.65%(n=6).The method developed is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of the Luronggubao capsule.
