Abstract

Aim To establish the quality standard of rubixiao capsule.Method Radix paeoniae rubra and rhizoma corydalis were identified by TLC;The content of paeoniflorin in liaojiaoruan capsule was determined by HPLC.Results The TLC methods are selective.The good linear of paeoniflorin was within the ranges of 0.25～5.0 g·L-1(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 99.9%,with the RSD=1.13%(n=6).Conclusion This study provides a valid method for the quality control of Rubixiao Capsule.
