Abstract
Lots of ethic problems appear with the development of modern science and technology though it brings huge benefits to human beings. The science and technology can promote the progress of ethic and at the same time ethic can guarantee the evolution of science and technology if the conflicts of the technology and ethic can be solved correctly. We must think much of ethic meaning of the progress of science and technology, and exert the leading function of ethic to science and technology.
