The theory of urban system planning in the new century

Abstract

The urban system in the new century should be of dynamic,elastic,effective and integrated characteristics.Trying to provide a theoretical basis for the practice of the urban system planning,the people-oriented urban system planning,the era of globalization of the urban system planning and urban planning system under market conditions are summarized in the paper.
