Determination of Blood Physiological and Biochemical Parameters in Fujian White Rabbits

In order to provide essential references in feeding management,breeding,meat quality and clinical treatment on Fujian white rabbit,and to study its blood physiological and biochemical,a number of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Fujian white rabbits were determined by an automatic blood counting instrument and an automatic biochemical analyzer,and by contrast analysis with female and male.The results showed that no significant difference(P 0.05) in hematological parameters except the parameter SD was observed between sexes.Biological parameters CHOL,LDL and Cl of male were significantly lower than those of female(P 0.01).HDL,CREA,ALT,Mg and AG were significantly different between sexes(P 0.05).The haemal physiological and biochemical parameters of Fujian white rabbits established via statistical analysis may provide a reference for clinic and scientific research.
