PDP Video Decoder Design Based on SAA7114H

Abstract

Video interface circuit is one of the important circuit in PDP system.The performance of video ADC and related processing have the direct impact on display property of PDP,include the preciseness of display signal and preparation for video processing.Most video signals are still analog now,so it is very important to design a suitable video decoder solution for PDP application.SAA7114H from Philips Semiconductors has the function of video capture and scaler,it has been applied in our PDP video decoder system.
