Curative Effect Observation of Simvastatin and Nicacid in Improving Lipid Metabolism Disorder

Objective To observe curative effect,security and influence on heart blood vessel recently of that lipid metabolism disorder patients with simvastatin as well as simvastatin and nicacid in improve lipid metabolism respectively.Methods All final diagnosed lipid metabolism disorder patients were measured in biochemical indicators such as blood fat of venous blood in the condition of empty stomach within 24h.The patients were divided into simvastatin 10mg group(control group)and simvastatin 10mg and nicacid 0.3g group(treatment group)randomly.Control group(68 patients)had 43 males and 25 females;its mean age was 59.8 years old.Treatment group(72 patients)had 46 males and 26 females;its mean age was 60.1 years old.We rechecked blood fat,recorded heart blood vessel incidents and observed security after 3,6,9 monthes respectively.Results Two groups could both effectively lower TG,TC and LDL-C of lipid metabolism disorder patients serum,and curative effect of treatment group was better than control group.Treatment group could still step up HDL-C obviously.Conclusion Curative effect of simvastatin and nicacid for lipid metabolism disorder is significant.
