Abstract
The results showed that high level of exogenous zeatin inhibited the regeneration of the adventitious buds, led to emergence of large amount of abnormal regenerated buds, and delayed the process of rooting. While under low level of exogenous zeatin used together with high level of exogenous IAA, the regeneration process was accelerated, the ratio of normal buds was raised and the rooting stage was also shortened.
