Curative effect of Shenfu injection on chronic heart failure

Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative effect of shenfu injection(SFI) on chronic heart failure.Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into control group(26 cases) and treatment group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional cardiac,diuretic vasodilator and inhibitor of conversion,while the treatment group was treated on the basis of 5% glucose infusion 100 ml + Shenfu injection 50 ml/times,once a day.Results There were 10 cases in control group with significant therapeutic effect,12 cases with effect and 4 cases with no effect.The total effective rate was 84.6% in the control group.There were 15 cases in treatment group with significant therapeutic effect and 14 cases with effect.The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group.The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Shenfu injection on the treatment of chronic heart failure is effective.
