Effect of Shenfu Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective The effect of Shenfu Injection in treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF) clinical analysis.Methods 72 cases of heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group received routine given western medicine treatment,the use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,beta-blockers,digitalis,diuretics,nitrate preparations,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment combined with Shenfu Injection in 5% glucose injection 50 mL,100 mL IV drip,1 times a day.14 d 1 treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 94.44% and control group was 83.33%,total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(P0.05);while the treatment group improved cardiac function was significantly better than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Chronic heart failure on the basis of conventional therapy plus Shenfu injection treatment has more satisfactory curative effect,no adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
