Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between the serum pepsinogen Ⅰ/Ⅱ,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and Ⅰ/Ⅱ content′s changes and gastric cancer, explore its clinical value in early diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Using electrochemical luminescence method to detect serum CEA level of 75 cases of patients with gastric cancer,86 cases of benign gastric disease control group,101 cases of healthy controls, immune turbidimetric determination of pepsinogen Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and calculates the Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio. Results Serum CEA level in gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than healthy control group(P0.05).Gastric cancer group of pepsinogen Ⅰ/Ⅱ ratio significantly lower than benign stomach disease control group(P0.01),the joint detection sensitivity significantly increased(P0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric cancer pepsinogen Ⅰ/Ⅱratio fall and CEA in serum level rise in different level is closely related to gastric cancer.Joint testing helps to improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of gastric cancer, early diagnosis of gastric cancer has important clinical significance.
