Contract Management of International Contractor Project

Contract management plays a central role in international engineering project management. By giving certain examples experienced by Chinese contractors in the international market,this paper analyzes two most important aspects of contract management,namely,contract document management and claim management,and gives practical suggestions on how to manage them effectively.
