Abstract

Considering some general problems in contract management performed by Chinese construction enterprises in large-sized international projects and based on actual practice in project contract management for Merowe dam in Sudan, this paper discusses some views and proposals on improvement of international project contract management in terms of acquirement of contract awareness , establishment of sound contract management organization , enhancement of contract understanding and application , active communications and improvement of file management .
