Abstract
The value of the rule of law is a social value which is outside the range of individuals but can be shared by everyone.The social value of the rule of law shown in the following aspects: promoting the healthy development of the market economy,maintaining the stability which is absolutely necessary for the development,ensuring individual rights and promoting social justice,and improving the overall conditions of social morality.Value is good,the rule of law is a grand good.Hence,I think that value philosophy should be concerned with individual values,and social values at the same time.
