Abstract

The rule of law is people-centered and pursues the improvement and satisfaction of human needs.The value of the rule of law cannot be discussed without talking about the value of individuals.The value of individuals lies in creating value and the aim of creating value is enjoying value.The value of the rule of law lies in caring for creating and enjoying value by individuals.
