Abstract
Restructuring and development of local colleges and universities is based on the transformation of social transformation and higher education adaptive change,therefore,local undergraduate colleges and universities need for a comprehensive restructuring,Including in he educational ideas,professional disciplines,faculty development,and talent training mode reform,curriculum and other aspects of organizational culture building and so on,adapt to economic and social development and the development of higher education,reform to promot the transition and the transformation to promot development.
