Abstract

The six microsatellite loci were analysed in Rhinolophus ferrumequinum.and allele frequencies, heterozygosity and polymorphisms information content were calculated. The results showed that the 18 alleles were found in 6 microstaellite loci.Allele frequencies ranged from 0.0210 to 0.8330.The average expected heterozygosity and PIC of all loci were 0.3427 and 0.3813.These results indicated that the level of genetic diversity in the population was relatively low.
