Study on Developing Index System of Environmental Impact Assessment in Land Use Planning

In the 20 century 90s',some scholars and specialists in land or ecological science brought forward a new viewpoint,whatever the land would be used for bringing profit or not,it would be regard as disturbance on ecological environment,as result,not useful for making decision when start to plan land use .Under this backnround,this paper analyzed environmental impact that would be caused in the process of using land ,and then,the index system of environmental impact assessment on planning land use were raised,in addition,gave rises to assessment methods that would be used in environmental impact assessment of planning land use.
