Environmental Impact Assessment of Land Use Plan-Theory

The land use plan may engender the profound influence to the social and economical development and the ecological environment,therefore to carry out the environmental impact assessment as early as possible is necessary for making correct decision.The environmental impact assessment of land use plan is to analyze,to predict and to assess the environmental impact which is possibly engendered by the land use plan,and to propose some precautionary and catabatic measures.At present,there is no mature theory about environmental impact assessment of land use plan.In the paper,series of assessment principles are proposed,and the relationship between the environmental impact assessment of land use plan and other kinds of environmental impact assessment is analyzed,and at last the main process and content of the environmental impact assessment of land use plan is introduced.
