Abstract

ObjectiveTo get know the resistance status of Musca domestica, and give guidance for using insecticides scientifically so as to improve the killing efficacy.MethodsSeparating the insecticides into 6~7 groups according to their former resistance results. The back of Musca domestica was dripped insecticide for 1 μl with microdripper. There were 20 Musca domestica at each group.Under normal breeding condition, observing for 24 hours and writing down mortality status.ResultsThe LC50 of Musca domestica to DDVP,deltamethrin, cypermethrin and permetrin were 0.783 7,0.101 4,0.205 8 and 0.167 6 mg/m3 respectively.ConclusionIn contrast with national standard sensitive strain, the relative resistance of Musca domestica to DDVP,deltamethrin, cypermethrin and permethrin were 68.7,169,45.7 and 28.9 respectively.Musca domestica in Anyang city had different degree of resistance to the above mentioned insecticides, and had the highest resistance to deltamethrin.
