【Objective】To observe the clinical influence of psychological nursing intervention on the therapeutic effects of patients with multiple sclerosis(MS) and to explore the nursing methods for MS patients.【Methods】From December 2008 to December 2010,126 inpatient MS patients were equally randomized into control group(accept conventional nursing and intervention group accept psychological nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing).HAMD and HAMA were used to evaluate the patients mental status,given the psychological intervention,and then compared the anxiety,depression score and treatment compliance before and after the therapy.【Results】After the treatment,the levels of anxiety and depression were decreased in both groups and the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P 0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical compliance in the interventional group(90.5%)was higher than that(74.6%)as the control group(χ2 = 5.507,P 0.05).【Conclusion】During the treatment of MS,to think highly of psychological nursing intervention may to improve depression,anxiety sentiment and life quality.
