Abstract
Concerned with existing disadvantages of recording and processing of highway cross-section measurement data,a new method,which collected the coordinates of grade change points of highway cross-section by the remote distance measurement of total station and transmitted the data format by EXCEL program,was proposed.Using the new method,the non-paper survey of highway cross-section came true.The author's practice proved that this method could greatly improve the quality and efficiency of the highway cross-section surveying.
