Abstract
Objective:To detect BAG-1 expressions in breast cancer, gastric cancer and cervical cancer by tissue microarray and to evaluate it's clinical significance. Methods: Tissue microarray of breast cancer,gastric cancer,cervical cancer and their benign tumor and normal tissues were analyzed by DAKO Envision system immunohistochemical staining for apoptosis related gene BAG-1 expression. Results: The positive rate of BAG-1 expression among breast cancer,gastric cancer and cervical cancer were higher than that in the benign tumor and normal tissues respectively,and significant difference were observed( P 0.05).Conclusion: There is an overexpression of BAG-1 in breast cancer,gastric cancer and cervical cancer,it suggests that apoptosis related gene BAG-1 may be related to these cancer.
