Abstract

In recent years,in order to take SCS from China,Vietnam has on one hand intensified its proclamation of policies and sovereignty over the South China Sea and roped in the United States and Japan, and has on the other hand strengthened its infringement in the South China Sea through negotiations with China. Despite many consultation mechanisms between China and Vietnam,Vietnam's policies on the South China Sea have infringed China's rights and interests in the South China Sea as well as contaminated the public opinion environment China is faced with,so the progress and result of negotiations between China and Vietnam needs to be tested by time. How to make the overall relationship between China and Vietnam so as to propel bilateral maritime cooperation and common development is an issue the Chinese Government has to face up to in the future.
