Abstract
【Objective】To investigate ultrasound-guided breast small lesions(0.6 cm≤diameter≤1 cm) puncture live histopathological examination for early diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions. 【Methods】100 patients with ultrasound or X-ray mammography found that female patients with breast small lesions, the Japanese production of automatic biopsy gun and 16G biopsy needle, ultrasound guided breast small lesions, remove organizational 2-4, to send the disease physical examination.【Results】Puncture pathological diagnosis of benign lesions, 85 malignant, 15, proved to be malignant, 1 and 15, respectively, a sensitivity of 93.8% and a specificity of 100% and diagnostic accuracy of 99.0%.【Conclusions】The tiny breast lesions found on ultrasound or mammography X-ray examination, ultrasound-guided breast core needle pathological examination is a reliable method of diagnosis, and early diagnosis of breast cancer and improve survival. Provide a basis for surgical planning, alternative intraoperative rapid biopsy, shorter operative time, improve the quality of operation, is an ideal diagnostic method.
