The Third Space as Rhetoric——Space in Contemporary China's Local Novels

Background is always considered to be the most common way for the existence of space in literary works.While is there any other way for space to exist?Is there any new contribution for the interpretation of text,especially for the local novels,if we understand more concept of literary space? So far all of these questions are still unanswered.Here we'll start from the classification of space and divide it into three categories,the first category is the geographical space,the second is the imaginative space and the third is the rhetorical space,with which we would gain more illustrations of those classic works.
