Abstract
Objective:To analyse systematicalty the chemical constituents of essential oil in the stems auo leaves in Curcuma wenyujin, compare the traditional part of the root tubers in order to find the differences between them on the components. Methods: The chemical components were studied by GC-MS analysis. Results: Eighty peaks appeared in GC,twenty-five compounds were determined, and they were all firstly determined. Conclusion: The chemical constituents in the stems and leaves are different from that in the root tubers, but the stems and leaves still contain many active components,so the stems and leaves can be partly used as the substituted drug for the roots of Curcuma wenyujin.
