Research and Practice on the Quality Monitoring and Evaluation System in Higher Schools

The quality of teaching is not only the main subject in higher schools,but also the lifeline of their survival and development. So,establishing and improving the quality monitoring and evaluation system is key to secure the teaching quality. In this paper, the fundamental principle to establish the quality monitoring and evaluation system is elaborated,the framework and content of quality monitoring and evaluation system ware established,and the method in running the quality monitoring and evaluation system is pro- posed. All this is significant to promote scientific and standardized management in higher quality of education,and to effectively improve the management level and teaching quality.
