Abstract

Based on panel data of 30 provinces from 2007 to 2011,this paper uses Super-SBM-IV efficiency model to calculate the development efficiency in China, applies Malmquist adjacent reference model to analyze the change of development efficiency, and clustered input-output,raised the district of development efficiency and development mode. The results show that, development efficiency could be divided into a minimum, low, medium, high and maximum districts,SouthEastNorthNorthwestNortheastCentralSouthwest China, the development efficiency was gradually increasing in North China,Northeast,Central,South Chain were decreasing firstly and then increasing,East,Southwest and Northwest China were decreasing gradually and nationwide was decreasing firstly and then increasing.Comprehensive efficiency of each region was close to 1,TFP had improved mainly due to technological progress. From the perspective of input-output,development mode could be divided into resource and environmental conservation development, extensive developmentⅠ and Ⅱ,capital-waste development and resource-waste developmen, thus providing policy formulation for regional development.
