Abstract

Energy-saving development of Zhengzhou is investigated through questionnaires and scene researching on existing residential buildings,involving in construction year and layers,building orientation,building structure,heating and cooling mode,available and afford able energy-saving methods and building envelope.It proposed energy-efficient retrofitting measures of external wall,window,roof and heat ing systems for existing residential buildings in Zhengzhou,considering local geographical position and climate characteristics.
