Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuanghuang Shengbai Granule on arrest of bone marrow. Methods One-hundred and fifty-five cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by prospective randomized controlled trail.Eighty cases in treatment group were treated by Leucogen, and 75 cases in control group were treated by Shuanghuang Shengbai Granule;the cases were treated for 2 weeks or until the WBC≥4.0×109/L.The TCM symptom,WBC and immunity were detected. Results The overall effective rate was 83.75% in the treatment group and 70.67% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups(P0.05).In the two groups, there was significant difference in peripheral WBC between before and after treatment(P0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P0.05).There were significant differences in NK,CD3+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ in treatment group(P0.05),and no significant difference was found in control group(P0.05);after treatment, there were significant differences in CD3+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Shuanghuang Shengbai Granule is effective on the decrease of peripheral WBC induced by arrest of bone marrow in lung cancer after chemotherapy.
