Abstract
A high-precision generalized photovoltaic array module is established based on 5-parameter engineering model of photovoltaic cell equation. The generalized module using Matlab/Simulink,can be representative of photovoltaic array for easy use on simulation platform.Variable dynamic simulation method is used, which can rapidly obtain the output characteristic curves of photovoltaic array with different temperature and insolation levels. The module is demonstrated by the simulation experiments, and the results show that the module can not only get output characteristic curves of photovoltaic cell and array, but also has higher precision and more generalization compared with the similar module.
