Abstract
This paper presents an application layer multicast based on routing information. The core conception of this system is: to approach IP multicast's high efficiency, an overlay similar to actual physical network is built and maintained through routing information. The system is designed to obey the principle of being efficient and costless. And also, trying to be as efficient as IP multicast, it holds the characteristics of being flexible and scalable as application layer multicast.
