Abstract

Objective:To investigate the correlation between pancreatic acina cell apoptosis and plasm TNF α in acute pancreatitis(AP) rats.Methods:48 SD rats were divided randomly into two groups:acute pancreatitis(AP) and shan operation(SO). The model of AP was induced by retrograde injection of 4% sodium taurocholate into biliopancreatic duct in rats. At 1 h,3 h,6 h and 12 h respectively after operation, the blood sample was taken for the measerurement of plasm TNF α with ridoimminology,a terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP biotion nick end labeling(TUNEL) was used to detect apoptosis of pancreatic acinar cell. Results:Apoptosis index(AI) of AP rats at 6 h was significantly higher than that at 3 h,12 h(3 h,P0.05;12 h,P0.01,respectively),the level of plasm TNF α at 3 h?6 h was significantly higher than that at 1 h(3 h,P0.05;6 h,P0.01,respectively),while the level at 12 h was higher than that at 6 h(P0.01).Conclusion:Pancreatic acinar cell undergoing apoptosis has a close relation to the level of TNF α in AP.
