Prenatal Screening and Diagnosis of Fetal Anomalies in the Stage of Mid-pregnancy with Color Doppler

Abstract

Objective:To explore the value of prenatal screening and diagnosis of fetal in the stage of mid-pregnancy with color Doppler.Methods:In our hospital,the prenatal color Doppler ultrasongraphic screening and diagnosis were conducted in 5504 pregnant women with gestational age of 18～28 weeks.Results:Among 5504 fetal cases,72 of abnormal fetus were found by post-natal evaluation,65 cases were performed using color Doppler VS 7 cases were missed diagnosis.Conclusion:Color Doppler plays an important role in screening and diagnosis fetal anomalies and improvement of newborn population quality.
