Abstract

In this paper,we analyze the main existent problems in minority universities.Base on course building of base computer teaching at Minzu University of China,we research and explore the base computer teaching,such as teaching belief,teaching method and means,teaching content,teaching practice,means of examnation,teaching platform of networks.
