Abstract
A method for determination of isosorbide-5-mononitrate in rats plasma by HPLC-MS was developed.An Agilent MSD equipped with an APCI source was used as detector and was operated in negative ion mode.The linear range is 0.034 64~103.0 mg/L,the recovery is 93.1 %~112 %,the RSD is less than 6 %.The method is convenient,accurate,and can be used for therapeutic monitoring and pharmacokinetics study.
