Abstract

It is an objective requirement that is called for by practice to theory to bring forth new ideas,whose importance is becoming more and more protruding at this historical turn.It is essential for theorists,in bringing forth new theoretical ideas,to be courageous and full of sacrificing spirit,to have a lenient environment in which each person can fully express his ideas,and to maintain practical and realistic ideas and the change in the way of thinking.
