Abstract
Bringing forth new ideas in knowledge is basic motive force of the development of society in the times of intellectual economy. Bringing forth new ideas in culture propels the development of bringing forth new ideas in knowledge,in turn, bringing forth new ideas in knowledge needs the accumulation of bringing forth new ideas in culture, and it needs more development of traditional culture. The author probes into it in this article.
