Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection combined with large dose of Naloxone in treatment of delayed encephalopathy induced by acute carbon monoxide( CO) poisoning. Methods A total of 150 patients with conventional treatment were randomly divided into three groups( n = 50). Group A received Danhong injection combined with large dose of Naloxone; group B accepted Danhong injection treatment; group C was treated with Naloxone.Total effective rate, and scores of AAMD and MMSE in three groups after medication were compared. Results The total effective rate, and scores of AAMD and MMSE in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C( P 0. 05),and total effective rate, scores of AAMD and MMSE in group B were significantly higher than those in group C( P 0. 05). Conclusion Based on conventional therapy,Danhong injection combined with large dose of Naloxone in treatment of delayed encephalopathy induced by acute CO poisoning is effective.
