Clinical observation of large dose Danhong injection plus nalosone on treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of large dose Danhong injection plus naloxone on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction confirmed by brain CT or MRI were divided into two groups randomly.80 cases of treatment group was treated with naloxone 4.0 mg plus Danhong injection 20 ml in saline solution,while 80 cases of control group was treated with naloxone 1.2 mg plus Danhong injection 20 ml in saline solution.After 14 days,the therapeutic effects were observed and compared,and complications were recorded.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than control group(95.0% vs 70.0%,P0.05).Furthermore,the neurologic impairment scoring and hemodynamic indexes were improved obviously in treatment group than control group(P0.05).There were no statistical difference in complications between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion It provided that large dose of naloxone plus Danhong injection was effective on acute cerebral infarction.
