Abstract
The early-time damage of asphalt pavement is not only owing to design and construction of pavement,but also owing to the usage,maintenance and management after the construction finished.Therefore,it require all organizations take their responsibility and control strictly,in order to dissolve this common disease,prolong the using age of asphalt pavement and advance the investment benefit.
