Abstract
The early damage of asphalt pavement is not only related with factors before the asphaltpavement coming into being, such as design, construction, etc., but also related with the usage, mainte-nance and management after the pavement coming into being. In order to solve this problem, the design,construction, maintenance and management should be controlled strictly, and all departments should trytheir best to fulfil their duty.
