Abstract

Objective To perform methodical comparison and bias estimation on two Hitachi routine biochemical analyzers in the same laboratory, and explore the comparability of testing results obtained from different equipments.MethodsThe detection system was adopted as the target system(X)which was composed of Hitachi 7180 biochemical analyzer, reagents, calibration preparation and quality control sample produced by Shanghai Fuxing Changzheng Medical Science Co.,Ltd.Meanwhile,Hitachi 7170S was used as evaluated system(Y).Two kinds of control sera(normal and abnormal)and 40 fresh serum samples were analyzed in 8 working days. The relative deviation between the two detection systems was calculated. The comparability of testing results obtained from different equipments was evaluated according to the CLIA' 88 standard.ResultsThe systemic errors on all the results between Hitachi 7170 and Hitachi 7180S were clinically acceptable.ConclusionThe results tested by two analysis systems are comparable, and capable of attaining the clinical demand.
