Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the Combined treatment of traditional Chirese medicine and western medicine of nodular episcleritis.Methods 42 patients with nodular episcleritis patients were divides into 2 groups,.one groups were Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,other groups were treatment with western medicine and then the treatment of clinical efficacy were observed.Results In The Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group the cure rat 90.91%,recurrence rate 9.09%;in the Western medicine group,the cure rat 35%,recurrence rate 65%.The cure rat was higher in the Combiner treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group than the western medicine group.The recurrence rate was lower in the Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group than the western medicine.the difference is significant(p0.01).Conclusion The Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of nodular episcleritis is curative effect.you can shorten the course of the disease,promote healing and reduce recurrence.
