Abstract
Objective: To investigate the gastrointestinal hormone change and the regulation of Ning Chang Decoction on the stressed IBS rat model.Methods: 72 male rates were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,Dicetel group and low,medium and high does of Ning Chang Decoction groups.The stressed IBS rat model was made by chronic bandaged-stress and sertir1g the end.The influence of Ning Chang Decoction on colonic transit of IBS model rats was observed and elisa was used to examine the change of blood serum CCK.Results: The colonic transit function of model group increased significantly(P0.01),while all treatment groups decreased(P0.05);the blood serum CCK level increased significantly(P0.01).Compared to model control group,the blood serum CCK level of all treatment groups decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion: Ning Chang Decoction can regulate the colonic transit function in the stressed IBS rat model and decrease the elevated level of blood serum CCK and the effect is dosed related.
