Tentative Suggestions for the Core Competitive Power of Domestic Enterprises

After China's entry into WTO, China's enterprises are faced with challenges from both home and abroad. How to dispose resources and gain advantage in both markets is a new problem for domestic enterprises to solve. The most effective solution might be to construct and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises. Currently, many enterprises are not familiar with this concept and have not established the mechanism of core competitive power, which seriously weakens the global competitiveness of the enterprises. This paper discusses the definition and factors of core competitive power, and puts forward some suggestions for creating and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.
